Clinical Study On Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Coexisted With Depression With JiangtangJieyu Mixture Unite Psychology Interview

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Jiangtangjieyu mixture unite psychology interview in treating type 2 Diabetes Mellitus coexisted with Depression. Methods:60 patients diagnosed type 2 Diabetes Mellitus coexisted with Depression were randomly classified into two groups.Under the basic premise of reducing the blood plasma glucose, 30 patients were treated with Jiangtangjieyu mixture unite psychology interview in treated group,others were treated with pile of Gu Weisu in control group.All of the groups were treated four 4 weeks as a course,taken for 2 courses. Results: Jiangtangjieyu mixture unite psychology interview could improve the singns and symptoms obviously.The difference was singnificant compared to the control group(P<0.05).And it also could decrease fasting blood glucose (FBG),2 hours postprandial blood glucose (PBG) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) obviously superior to the control group (P<0.05); improve TC TG and depression score obviously superior to the control group (P<0.05). And that there had been no adverse reaction in the course of treatment. Conclusion: Clinical observation had proved Jiangtangjieyu mixture unite psychology interview can treat this disease effectly and have no obvious adverse effects.It is worth studying deeply and developing further.
