JinLian Mixture Of Eldely Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Inflammatory Ctor Clinical Research

Background:The high incidence of type 2 diabetes has become one of the major diseases that endanger human health. Through the method of syndrome differentiation and treatment, traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with remarkable results. The type 2 diabetes inflammation theory, theory of gastrointestinal type, insulin resistance (IR) theory, the recent inflammation said much attention, the doctrine that type 2 diabetes is a subclinical inflammatory disease. Inflammation associated factors such as C-reactive protein (CRP), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-a) and interleukin 6 (IL-6) in the study of type 2 diabetes are gradually deepened.Objective:Through the observation with heat clearing and detoxicating, invigorating qi and nourishing Yin, the effects of blood activating and stasis eliminating Jin Lian mixture of type 2 diabetes patients with serum levels of inflammatory cytokines in regulating of TCM from effect of inflammation in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus with angle, in order to provide new ideas and new method for clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods:Using randomized controlled methods,60 patients with type 2 diabetes in traditional Chinese medicine dialectical points type belong to Yin deficiency heat sheng qi deficiency and blood stasis patients were divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given diabetes heath education,diet,and the western medicine routine application Glenn urea fall blood sugar.The treatment group on the basis of add Jinlian mixture,two groups of treatment is 1 months.To observed the changes of CRP, TNF-a,IL-6 in patients before and after treatment,and clinical symptoms,blood glucose,blood lipids and other diabetes related indicatirs of change,and carry on comprehensive evaluation of curative effect.Results:The study showed that the serum levels of CRP, TNF-a, IL-6,blood glucose and serum lipids in patients with T2DM were significantly higher than those in normal subjects. Two groups of patients in the treatment of the comprehensive curative effect, the treatment group was 8 cases, effective 20 cases, invalid 2 cases, the total effective rate was 93.3%; the control group had 3 cases,20 cases were effective,7 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 76.7%. In the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group compared with the control group, the effect is more significant, P<0.05. After treatment, the levels of FBG,2hPBG, HbAlC, CRP, P<0.01, TNF- and IL-6 were compared between the two groups. The results showed that the treatment group was more effective in improving blood glucose and regulating the levels of inflammatory factors. After treatment, the levels of TG and TC in the two groups were compared with P<0.05, which showed that the treatment group had a certain advantage over the control group.Conclusion:Jinlian mixture can significantly improve symptoms and signs of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, reduce blood sugar, blood lipid levels, significantly reduce serum inflammatory factor levels, improve IR, the elderly have good therapeutic effect type 2 diabetes.
