Objective: To observe Shugan Jianpi Qingre Lishi method treatment's effect on syndrome of Chinese medicine and CT images in the nonalcoholic stohepatitis of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency dampness-heat stagnanting.Methods: 80 cases of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency dampness-heat stagnanting were randomized into two groups. 40 cases of experimental group use Shugan Jianpi Qingre Lishi method, while 40 cases of the control group take the Dongbao Gantai tablets. The period of two groups was eight weeks. Observing the improvement of syndrome of Chinese medicine and CT images between the two groups.Results: After the treatment, the effective rate of Chinese medicine syndrome in the experimental group was 94.74 percent, while 76.05 percent in the control group. The two groups were significantly different (P <0.05), and it is better in the treatment group than the control group; The total effect of liver CT images is 55.26 percent in the experimental group, while 43.59 percent in the control group. There is no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05).Conclusion: The method of Shugan Jianpi Qingre Lishi can improve the syndrome of Chinese medicine discomfort or pain and fatigue of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency dampness-heat stagnanting and is more effective than the control group; Two kinds of treatment equally improve the CT images. The clinical study is good safety.
