| Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Jianpi Shugan pill and Silibinin capsule on non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH).Methods:Total 65 cases of NASH were divided into two groups randomly. 33 cases were treated with Jianpi Shugan pill and Silibinin capsule; 32 cases were treated with Silibinin capsule. Two groups were same treated for 3 months. Before and after the treatments, data of clinical symptom, levels of serum alanine amino transferase(ALT), (TG), (TC), hepatic imaging of B-type ultrasonic inspection were measured.Results:Both of two groups could relieve clinical symptom, reduce levels of ALT, TC and TG, improve liver imaging of B-type ultrasonic inspection. Most of them in treated group were better than those in control group.Conclusion:Jianpi Shugan pill is.an effective drug for treatment of NASH. |
