| Objective:This task is designed to "increase the use of scalp acupuncture Opposing needling " spasm of clinical observations,clinical efficacy was observed.Method:The clinical inclusion criteria in line with the selection of patients with primary hemifacial spasm 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups,each group 30 cases,treatment time is three courses(10 Tianyi treatment).Treatment group,"added the Opposing needling scalp" law,the control group of " Opposing needling " to observe the clinical effect of the two groups.Result:The clinical observation showed that the treatment group 80% of the total effective rate in the control group 63%of the total effective rate,the treatment group should be significantly better than the total number of valid control group,the total effective rate(P＜0.05).Significant improvement in the treatment group to the extent of hemifacial spasm.Conclusion:The "scalp acupuncture plus opposing needling " primary treatment of hemifacial spasm with better clinical efficacy,and safe operation,in patients with painless or slightly painful circumstances,to obtain better clinical efficacy,clinical application.However,further studies of its mechanism. |
