The Clinical Research On Treating Ⅱ-Stage Alcoholic Avascular Necrosis Of The Femoral Head With Dan Gui Lu Jiao Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of treating alcoholic avascular necrosis of the femoral head with dan gui lu jiao decoction and explore its mechanism.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(30 cases) were given dan gui lu jiao decoction,while the control group(30 cases) were given capsules of xian ling gu bao.Observe the clinical curative effect of treatment group and control group.Result:There is a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the excellent and remarkable effective rate and the totally effective rate,which are seprately 90.0%and 96.7%.Besides,the treatment group is superior to the controll group in improving symptoms and relieving pains(P＜0.05),except there isn't a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P＞0.05) in the improving the situation of X-Ray film about alcoholic avascular necrosis of the femoral head.Conclusion:The dan gui lu jiao decoction have certain curative effect on the alcoholic avascular necrosis of the femoral head.
