Objective: Disscuss objective indicators on the syndrome of Damp-heat in the liver and gallbladder of chronic cholecystitis, for the useful explorition to the certification, standardization of syndrome. Methods: Select patients as the research object with the syndrome of Damp-heat in the liver and gallbladder of chronic cholecystitis, and liver depression qi stagnation syndrome, liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, and healthy human as control groups, separately for B-chao check, liver function check(GGT, TBIL, DBIL ).Analysis the differences between four groups in the ratio to gallbladder diameter and longitudinal diameter, wall thickness and GGT, TBIL, DBIL.Results: The ratio to gallbladder diameter and longitudinal diameter, the overall level of GGT,TBIL,DBIL in the group of Damp-heat in the liver and gallbladder of chronic cholecystitis apparently higher than control groups (P<0.01 or P<0.05); The wall thickness of the group of Damp-heat in the liver and gallbladder compared with the liver stagnation and spleen deficiency was no significant difference (P>0.05), with the liver depression qi stagnation group, normal control group there was a very significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion: The ratio to gallbladder diameter and longitudinal diameter, GGT, TBIL, DBIL of chronic cholecystitis can be used as part of the syndrome of Damp-heat in the liver and gallbladder, or essential reference.
