| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of YiQi XiaoYu Tang in treating chronic congestive heart failure and explor its mechanism of effect.Methods: According to the standards included in the case. 60 cases of heart failure patients were divided randomly into two groups equally: treating group and control group. The control group were doesd routine western medicine; The treating group were doesd YiQi XiaoYu Tang on the basic of routine western medicine.The changes of Chinese medicine curative effect , clinical symptom , heart function graduation,color Doppler indexes were observed before and after treatment in the groups. Result:After the treatment of 4 weeks,in the treatment group,the symptoms of total TCM is better than those of the control group obviously (P<0.05).The difference of two groups after study has statistic significance about 5 symptoms of CHF(P<0.05),The effect of the treatment group is prior to the control group. In the treatment group, the improvement of heart function and Lee heart failure schedule obviously surpasses the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of color Doppler indexes in treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: YiQi Xiaoyu Tang can ameliorate clinical symptoms,heart function and heart structure in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure.
