Clinical Study On Treatment Of Complete Rectal Prolapse With Biological Mesh Prolift And Buzhong Yiqi Tang

Objective:Methods through the use of biological mesh in pelvic floor reconstruction in the treatment of complete rectal prolapse. In order to achieve good effect in eliminating the clinical symptoms of patients, improving patient quality of life, and preventing postoperative recurrence and complications occurrence.Methods:With complete rectal prolapse degree or complete rectal prolapse through the anus after treatment of patients as the observation object, will the30patients meeting the inclusion criteria, treated by biological mesh in pelvic reconstruction with Buzhong Yiqi Tang. Respectively, before treatment and after treatment3months, on the quality of life, rectal prolapse condition, defecation and other associated symptoms and clinical complications, according to each of the standards for evaluation record each point. And complared each symptom point of itself before treatment and after3months. Follow-up in six month,12month,24month and record recurrence, defecation and clinical complications.Result:1. The curative effect (include cure rate+total effect significant efficiency+efficiency)of the30patients after treatment compared with those before, the efficiency is100%.2. Based on the standard of the main symptom score, calculated the main symptoms points of each patient before treatment and after treatment3months, with paired t-test, the difference has statistical significance, t=32.74,p=0.00<0.01. The results show that, biological mesh pelvic reconstruction for complete rectal prolapse can obviously improve the main symptoms of the patient. 3. Records the defecation of each patient before treatment and after treatment3months, with paired t-test, the difference has statistical significance, t=18.14, p=0.00<0.01. Before and after treatment in patients with difference defecation was statistically significant, indicating that the biological mesh pelvic reconstruction with Buzhong Yiqi Tang can significantly improve the patients’ defecation.4. The average in hospital was short, adverse reaction and complications was low. All patients were followed up after leave hospital, no recurrence, all patients symptoms has improved significantly.Conclusion:1. All patients with complete rectal prolapse by biological mesh pelvic floor reconstruction and combined with traditional Chinese medicine Buzhong YiqiTang has exact clinical curative effect.2. Biological mesh pelvic reconstruction in treatment of complete rectal prolapse caneffectively improve patients with rectal prolapse symptom and defecation and other symptoms.3. Biological mesh pelvic reconstruction in treatment of complete rectal prolapse has low recurrence rate.4. Biological mesh pelvic reconstruction is a definite curative effect, low recurrence rate, safety method to treat complete rectal prolapse,and it is worthy of clinical application.
