Clinical Study Treatment Of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease With Yiqi Baihe Tang Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi baihe tang in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease and to explore its mechanism in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods:Case source: 98 cases of GERD patients all were from Chinese medicine clinic in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from January 2015 to September2016.They were randomly divided into treatment group which have 50 cases and control group which have 48 cases.Treatment programs: The treatment group patients was taken Yiqi baihe tang,while the control group was taken omeprazole enteric-coated tablets and Citric acid mosapride tablets,both groups were administered two consecutive 2 courses which 4 weeks as one course.To have a clinical efficacy observation after 2 treatment courses,and make safety evaluation of blood,urine,fecal routine,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram and other possible adverse reactions,to analyze patients' symptoms,signs,TCM syndrome Integral,endoscopic esophageal mucosal changes and long-term efficacy before and after treatment.Result:(1)Clinical comprehensive efficacy: the total effective rate of treatment group was 93.88%,1 case dropped out,13 cases were cured,22 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective,and 3 cases were invalid;As for the control group,the total effective rate is 80.43%,2 cases dropped out,7 cases were cured,16 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective,and 9 cases were invalid.the total effective rate of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome: After treatment,the total integral of TCM syndrome in both groups all decreased than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group was obviously better than the control group in the improvement of heartburn,acid reflux,retrosternal burning pain,belching or hiccups,pharynx ministry unwell and anorexia,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Endoscopic mucosal improvement: as for the endoscopic mucosal inflammation,the comparison between treatment group and control group was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).(4)Long-term efficacy:follow-up patients after stop taking medicine 6 months,2 cases relapsed in the treatment group of 13 cases,while 5 cases in the control group of 7 cases,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion : This treatment of Yiqi baihe tang for the gastroesophageal reflux disease is exactly effective,it can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms andimprovethe life quality of patients,in the meanwhile,for less adverse reaction and safety usage method,the patients can accept long-term treatment.
