| Objective:To observe and evaluate the cilnical security and validity of Qingxunpingchuantang Soup in treating Bronchial Asthma of Tanreyunfei syndrome and explored the mechanism of it. Methods: 50 patients were divided into two groups at random. 25 patients in observation group were treated with Qingxunpingchuant recipe in 1 week,25 patients in control group were treated only with Chuanshu Tablet in 1 week .The related items were measured before and after the treatment.Results:The clinical study showed that there is a significant difference (P<0.05) between the two groups.The effect of relieving airway inflammation,reducing the airway hyper-reaction and lung function and immunoregulation were improved more significantly in the treatment group than that in the control group. Conclusions: Qingxunpingchuantang Soup is an effective medicament of treating Bronchial Asthma which can mdoderate the clinical symptoms and prenvent it..
