Objective Developing a "Scale of Insomnia with the State of Atypical Dysphoria" with characteristics of Chinese medicine .To provide a objective effective clinical evaluation standard for insomnia patients with the state of atypical dysphoria. Method By the guide of "the State of Psychological Disorder" concept proposed by Prof. Qi Xianghua, draw on modern psychometric methods and means, to develop a scale of insomnia with the state of atypical dysphoria. By literature research, experts consultation and discrimination txet,Select 64 entries. Make a primary trial with 166 cases of patients who meet the inclusion criteria, to amend the scale, then make a clinical trial with 210 cases of patients who meet the inclusion criteria, use SPSS11.5 statistical software for data processing and make a formal scale. Evaluate the validity, reliability of the formal scale. Make a relevance of research with 106 cases of patients who meet the inclusion criteria for the Scale of Insomnia with the State of Atypical Dysphoria and State Anxiety Inentery(S-AI). Conclusion The Scale of Insomnia with the State of Atypical Dysphoria has 7 dimensions and 30 items.The cronbach of the formal scale is 0.9107 and the split-half reliability is 0. 8902. The formal scale has good construct validity and content validity. It can provide an effective tool for insomnia with the state of atypical dysphoria. The relevance research between the Scale of Insomnia with the State of Atypical Dysphoria and State Anxiety Inentery (S-AI) shows that that they have a very significant correlation, which means the patients who insomnia with the state of atypical dysphoria are easy to bring anxiety, and the patients who are in the anxiety state are easy to bring insomnia.
