The Development Of Scale For Insomnia With The State Of Depression And The Relative Rerserch On Alexithymia

Objective:To develop a"Rating Scale of Insomnia With The State Of Depression",and analyze the correlation of insomnia with the state of Depression betweenAlexithymia,with a view to providing an effective tool for diagnosis of insomnia with thestate of Depression,and a basis for clinical prevention and treatment of insomnia.Methods:Drawing on psychometric theory and methods,through literature research andexpert demonstration,we construct the preliminary questionnaire of insomnia with the stateof Depression. First,screen the scale entry by analyzing the survey data;Second, carry outany scientific assessment of the scale by further sample survey;Finally, develop a "RatingScale of Insomnia With The Statue Of Depression"with good reliability and validity. Andanalysis patients’s alexithymia by looking at samples of TAS-20scale scores. Results:Thesuccessful development of a "Rating Scale of Insomnia With The Statue OfDepression"with good reliability and validity,the scale was both objectively andcomprehensively reflect the insomnia Depression disturbed state of the psychologicaldisorder,but also reflects the course of disease,age of with their implications,and as well ashas Chinese characteristics,not only in line with our cultural background,but also they canguide the clinical prevention and treatment of insomnia, simply,economical and practical.Depression disturbed state of patients with insomnia have more introverted,such asdescribes the emotional difficulties etc.,Things tend to be humiliation,emotionalrepression,which easily lead to insomnia.
