Objective:Developing a Scale for insomnia with the state of irritability, provide an objective basis For the evaluation of insomnia patients with mental disorders, And to explore the correlation between insomnia with the state of irritability and TAI, provide ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of insomnia. Methods:under the guidance of Measurement theory in psychology, Through literature research and expert advice, Established structure and entry of Scale for Insomnia With The State of irritability, formed the first draft of Scale for insomnia with the state of irritability, After clinical trials and Statistical analysis, delete Unqualified entries, Formed Scale for insomnia with the state of irritability, Then carry out a clinical investigation with the official scale and TAI, in order to explore its correlation. Conclusion:The results showed that the scale has good clinical practicality ,good reliability and validation.It provide a good measurement tools For the insomniacs with the state of irritability.With TAI correlation study we found that trait anxiety of patients with insomnia are more prone to irritability state, there is a significant correlation between them.
