| Objective:To explore the effect of the trad and the work pattern of DongXueXiaoJieDuHuoXue Soup through clinical observation and the experiment with animals.Method:After the building of clinical standard,eighty patients were choosed and randomly divided into the treat group and the control group,of which 40 were in the treat group with the administration of DongXueXiaoJieDuHuo Soup;40 were in the control group with the administration of WeiFuChun capsule. Three month is a course of treatment.After the treatment, observations were made on the result in terms of symptom, gastroscopy,pathology and the infection of Hp.In animal experiment,45 Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups:nomal group,model group,Min dosage DongXueXiao JieDuHuoXue Soup group,Max dosage DongXueXiaoJieDuHuoXue Soup group,WeiFuChun control group.Except nomal group,the multiple method was used in the experiment so that the rats can suffer from chonic atrophic gastritis.After the modle was established successfully,we treated all rats with different method a month,observed the experiment rats' general state of health,gastric mucous membrane of the rats in general and the histological change of the rats gastr-mucosa,used the radio-immunity method to determine the EGF and the ET level of blood serum.Result:(1)Clinical cardinal symptom therapeutic effect: Compared the treat group with the control group,the treat group had markedly improved advantage after the treatment in treat stomach-ache,gastric distention,debilitation,eructation and mal-appetite.There was a significant difference between them (P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the treat group has advantage in treat gastric upset,but there is not significant difference.The date show us that DongXueXiaoJieDuHuoXue Soup may improve the clinicalcal symptom of chronic atrophic gastritis patients,release their pain and raise their appetite. (2)With the standard of curative effects in the traditional Chinese medicine:in the treat group,the total efficiency was 95%,which was significantly higher than that of control (P＜0.05).In the contrast group the total efficiency was 75%. (3)Gastroscopy therapeutic effect:In treat group the total efficiency is 92.5%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).In control group the total efficiency was 75.0%.(4)With the standard of curative effects in pathology,the total efficiency was 92.5%in the treat group and the total efficiency was 72.5%in the control group,there was a significant difference(P＜0.05)between them.(5)Effect on Hp:In the treat group Hp positive patients were 34 before treatment, 27 had been cleared,the clearance rate of Hp was 79.4%;In the control group Hp positive patients were 32 before treatment,18 had been cleared,the clearance rate of Hp was 56.2%.There was a significant difference(P＜0.05)between them.The fact told us that DongXueXiaoJieDuHuoXue Soup has great function in control and clear the Hp.(6) Evaluate therapeutic safety in the two groups:There were neither obvious changes in blood, urine or stool rules before and after treatment nor in Electrocardiogram or liver-renal function.In the course of the treatment,all patients had no undesirable response,which pointed the fact that DongXueXiaoJieduHuoxue Soup has no toxic and side effect.(7) Comparing with the nomal group,the general state of health of the rats that was established to modle had different change.After treatment,the each therapy group's rats had different improvement in pelage,the mental state, eating condition and action.The Max dosage DongXueXiaoJieDuHuoXue Soup reflect obviously.(8)To observe gastric mucous membrane of the rats in general:the Min dosage DongXueXiaoJieDuHuoXue Soup and the WeiFuChun group of the process in the rat's gastric mucous membrane had improved, and the therapeutic effect of the Max dosageDongXueXiaoJieDuHuoXue Soup was the best.(9)To observe histological anatomy of the rat's gastri-mucosa:gastri-mucosa of the model group was analosis and thinningz,glandular organ decreased and dispose disorder,rarefaction,lamina muscularis mucosae was thickening,matrix of ecderon mucilage cell was distention and hydrops,some glandular organ offered Saccular dilatation, it was thus clear that angiotelectasis and congestion in lamina propria,interstitial substance had a great quantity of lymph cell that was dominating in inflammatory cell infiltrate; gastri-mucosa of the WeiFuChun group was thinner,the disposition of glandular organ was less regularity,interstitial substance had a small quantity of lymph cell that was dominating in inflammatory cell infiltrate,gastri-mucosa's thickness of the Min dosage DongXueXiaoJieDuHuoXue Soup group was proper,the disposition of glandular organ was regularity relatively,interstitial substance had a small quantity of lymph cell that was dominating in inflammatory cell infiltrate, atrophia focus of glandular organ decreased comparing with the model group;gastri-mucosa's thickness of the Min dosage DongXueXiaoJieDuHuoXue Soup group was proper,the disposition of glandular organ was compact and regularity, atrophia focus of glandular organ decreased obviously or vanished comparing with the model group,however the few still reflected inflammatory cell infiltrate.(10)The comparison of each group rats'epidermal growth factor:compared with the nomal group,the model group,the Min and the Max dosage DongXueXiaoJieDuHuoXue Soup group,the WeiFuChun control group had higher EGF in rats' blood serum obviously(P＜0.01).The Min and the Max dosage DongXueXiaoJieDuHuoXue Soup group and the WeiFuChun control group had higher EGF compared with model group in the contents of EGF(P＜0.01).There was no great difference among the Min and the Max dosage DongXueXiaoJieDuHuoXue Soup group and the WeiFuChun group(P＞0.05).(11)The comparison of each group rats' endothelin:the model group had obviously higher ET in rats' blood serum comparing with the nomal group (P＜0.01),the Min and the Max dosage DongXueXiaoJieDuHuo Xue Soup group and the WeiFuChun group degraded obviously in ET of rats' blood serum(P＜0.01 or P＜0.05).Comparing with the WeiFuChun group,the Max dosage DongXueXiaoJieDuHuoXue Soup degraded obviously in ET of rats' blood serum (P＜0.05),the Min dosage DongXueXiaoJieDuHuoXue Soup degraded slightly in ET of rats' blood serum,but there was no great difference between them(P＞0.05).Conclusion:(1)The clinical study indicates that DongXueXiaoJieduHuoxue Soup can improve patient's clinical symptom quickly,restrain or eliminate Hp,eliminate inflammation of gaster-mucosa,at the same time it can improve and even reverse the change of gastroscope and pathobiology on atrophic gaster-mucosa.Its curative effect is better than that of WeiFuChun control group.The research from clinical curative effective aspect approves that DongXueXiaoJieduHuoxue Soup is feasible and practicable in treating chronic atrophic gastritis. (2)The experimental study indicates that the mechanism of DongXueXiaoJieduHuoxue Soup influence Hormone secretion through improving EGF and restrainting the release of ET, strengthen the nourishment and defenses function of the gastr-mucosa,so change the gastr-mucosa pathological change. (3)On the whole DongXueXiaoJieDuHuoXue Soup has good effect in the CAG.As an ideal medicine it shoud be popularized among the hospitals.
