Study On Establishment And Evaluation Of Clinical Pathway For Chronic Sinusitis

ObjectivesRetrospective clinical cases through investigation and analysis, literature research and expert advice,such as chronic sinusitis and formulate the best program of Chinese medicine clinics and Chinese medicine has characteristics of clinical pathways and practice,through the characteristics of chronic sinusitis TCM clinical pathway for comprehensive evaluation and optimization,eventually form a set of feasible,effective medical and health resources to be able to save to ensure that medical quality and conducive to the promotion of chronic sinusitis and the implementation of standardized clinical pathway.MethodsRetrospective clinical cases through investigation and analysis, literature research and expert advice,such as chronic sinusitis and formulate the best program of Chinese medicine clinics and Chinese medicine practitioners have the clinical characteristics and operation of the path, including the standardization of file formats,operation flow,the implementation of standardized treatment and management of variability system. ResultsCompared with in 2006 and in 2007,the mean time in hospital decreases in 2008 to 8.22 days from 9.62,9.35 days(P＜0.05),the bleeding from surgery to 100.67 ml from 150.42 ml and 130.54 ml(P＜0.05),the operation time to 95.22 minutes from 123.56 minutes and 110.35 minutes(P＜0.05),the satisfactory degree rises to 96%from 93%,95%(P＜0.05),the expenditure decreases to 8369.32(yuan) in 2008 from 8978.97(yuan) in 2007(P＜0.05)。Review of nasal endoscopy after damp-heat in spleen and stomach and spleen poly-type wetland morphology scores cavity contrast in 2008,in two weeks after,in 1-month after,in 3-month after,in 6-month after,damp-heat in spleen and stomach deficiency wetlands are better than Poly Type.Conclusion1.The establishment of clinical pathway for CS with ESS is propitious to form normative treatment of this disease,abbreviate the time in hospital, reduce the expenditure in hospital,and increase the satisfactory degree of patients and household,respectively.2.Damp-heat in spleen and stomach and spleen poly-type wetland morphology after endoscopic scores after two weeks,respectively,after lmonth,after 3 months,after 6 months comparison,the restoration of damp-heat in spleen and stomach better.
