Chrysanthemum St. Tang, Clinical Observations, Treatment Of Chronic Sinusitis

objective :To investigate the therapeutic effects of chrysanthemum tong shengdecoction on chronic sinusitis.Methods:56 cases with chronic sinusitis were included in this study with 36cases in treating group treated by chrysanthemum tong shengdecoction and 20 cases in controlling one treated by huo dan wantherapy. After the end of therapy , All the cases were followed upfor more than six months, then a comparison were made between thetwo groups to evaluate the therapeutic effects of them .results:The total effective rate was 94% in TG and it was 65% in CG. withsignificant difference between the groups (P<0.05).conclusions:The therapeutic effects of chrysanthemum tong sheng decoction onchronic sinusitis were superior to that of huo dan wan therapy .
