"acidophil" Method In Chronic Sinusitis (type Ii) Functional Endoscopic Application Of Perioperative And Related Research

Objection: To observe the clinic effect of "golden earthing up" to the chronic sinusitisⅡ(CSⅡ)patients after their therapy of FESS, including the symptoms and the signs.Methods: This clinical study was carried out in three stages. In the first stage we made a study scheme. According to the standard in recent years, we made the diagnosis standard, observation target, mark standard, appraisal standard of efficacy and so on. According to the recent teaching material of statistics we fixed the number of patients. The second stage was a clinic study one. According to a random number table, we divided the patients into two groups:The two groups were treated with perioperative conventional antibiotics, leiruokaote nasal spray and nasal clean up regularly at the same time, the test group were added with Shenlingbaishu Powder, one dose three times a day for one month continuously. During the therapeutic period, we observed the changes of the patients, symptoms, signs and adverse reactions. Clinic study was made in the second stage, including collecting patients, grouping randomly and then giving corresponding treatment and taking notekeeping. The collected data were marshaled, then settled down statistically and analyzed in the third stage. Results: The results shows the total curative effect of the two groups has no dominant indifference (The total efficiency rate of the test group is 94.44% and that of the controlled group is 85. 29%). But after the Chinese herb therapy, the period of treatment of the test patients is shorten compared with that of the controlled group.Results : 1. Overall effect of the two groups were statistically, P< 0.05, indicating that the treatment group than the control group, 2. After the seventh day, Dishisiri, the thirtieth day following the date the two groups of patients, estimated score results show that: two groups were similar to the recovery of short-term illness, but the case of long-term illness resume treatment group than the control group; 3. postoperative symptoms of the cavity clean more with the improvement of the cavity by physical cleaning, but not with the addition of Chinese Herbs No; of the luminal epithelium in the promotion process, "earthing up of the Health Law" has obvious advantages, but medication longer.
