The Clinically Therapeutic Effectiveness Of Treatment By The Method Of Yiqihuoxue On Patients With Cirrhotic Ascites

Objective:TCM theory as guidance in this research,with Yiqihuoxue method for the treatment of internal and external treatment principle.Initially screened for blood stasis cirrhotic ascites has the effect of formulas.Assess the method of evaluating the clinical curative effect of cirrhotic ascites through observation before and after the treatment of patients with clinical manifestations and laboratory examination.Provides a scientific and effective drugs guidance for the blood stasis TCM treatment of liver cirrhosis ascites,also,proves the Yiqihuoxue of internal and external treatment method of clinical feasibility and validity.As the curative effect was observed cirrhotic ascites to provide effective data to support the project.Method:This an experiment for clinical research.Cases of Guangzhou university of TCM was collected from affiliated hospital of digestive clinical medicine inpatient and outpatient service from July 2008- April 2009 with liver cirrhosis ascites.60 cases in total,order platoon by the time successively they came for treatment.Divided into treatment group and control group. According to the design of experiments and data collection,made the comparison between groups and within the group when before therapy,treatment after 2 weeks and after four weeks.According to the difference of statistics,used relevant statistical methods.Data processing by SPSS13.0 for windows.Range by((?)±S),chi-square test for numeration date,comparison between the sample t-test independent sample for measurement data,compared the data itself by matching tests,grade material using nonparametric tests.Result:1.Treatment after 2 weeks:From the table 3~5 test results showed that compared between data itself,the treatment group showed remarkable curative effect(symptoms and signs and laboratory tests,weight,B ultrasonic level,albumin levels),significant differences(P<0.01).The average weight loss of the control group is not obvious(P>0.05).Comparison between the treatment group and the control group,experimental results in improved significantly more in the treatment group.statistically significant(P<0.05或P<0.01).The curative effect(table 9):the treatment group,markedly effective in 4 cases,23 cases improved,3 cases of invalid,the total effective rate is 90%.The control group,10 cases improved,20 cases of invalid,the total effective rate is 33.3%.Efficacy comparison of the treatment group with the control group had significant difference(P<0.01).2.Treatment after 4 weeks:From the table 6~8 test results showed that curative effect(symptoms and signs and laboratory tests,weight,B ultrasonic level,albumin levels) compared between data itself,the treatment group and control group in which 2 weeks after treatment were improved(P<0.01). Comparison between the treatment group and the control group,experimental results in improved significantly more in the treatment group.statistically significant(P<0.05或P<0.01).The curative effect(table 9):The treatment group,markedly effective in 12 cases,17 cases improved,1 cases of invalid, the total effective rate is 96.7%.The control group,markedly effective in 2 cases,25 cases improved,3 cases of invalid,the total effective rate is 90.0%.Efficacy comparison of the treatment group with the control group had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqihuoxue internal and external application of law to the treatment-based program can significantly improve the symptoms and signs and laboratory tests,weight,B ultrasonic level,albumin levels,made the average weight loss in 7.9 kg,the average abdominal circumference reduce in 8.6cm, B ultrasonic level status in the absence of ascites,albumin levels are maintained in more than 30g.Found that,1.The curative effect of Yiqihuoxue internal and external application is better than using western medicine only in Qixuxueyu symptomatic of cirrhotic ascites.2.Found that continue to adhere to medication regularly,patients with ascites due to cirrhosis after symptoms subside were in favor of the consolidation effect,conducive to the establishment of the treatment of patients with the confidence.3.In this study, the establishment of the patients table can describe the basic individual Qixuxueyu symptomatic in patients that with cirrhosis ascites of the clinical manifestations,laboratory data changes.Because of simple statistical methods,data can be used as multi-scale establishment of a reference to select indicators,the quantification of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment have a certain significance.
