| Objective Comparing the treatment with "JianPi XuanFei RuanJian LiShui method"associated with Conventional western medicine with conventional western medicine alone to observe the clinical curative effect of liver cirrhosis ascites of damp abundance due to spleen asthenia syndrome,and to discuss its function mechanism initially.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group as they all reached the the diagnostic standard.The control group of 30 patients was teated by conventional western medicine treatment,while the treatment group of 30 patients was treated by Chinese medicine Jianpi Xuanfei Ruanjian Lishui method combined with conventional western medicine treatment.A month for a course,keeping treatment for three courses.Change of weight,abdominal circumference,urine volume of 24 hours,liver function and abdominal type-B ultrasonic were recorded before and after treatment for the two groups of patients.Then the curative effect was to be observed.After the observation,the data was analyzed,and the counting data was tested by x2 method,while the measurement data was tested by t method.Computer statistical method was used to compare the two groups.Results 1,The total clinical curative effect comparison:treatment group total effectiveness 93.3%,higher than the control group total effectiveness 76.7%,after statistics analysis have difference(P=0.003<0.05)2,The change of the signs and symptoms:treatment group total effectiveness 96.7%,higher than the control group total effectiveness 80.0%,after statistics analysis have significant difference(P=0.006<0.05)3,The change of liver function:two groups of patients after treatment of ALT,AST,propagated,TBIL,ALT,AST,changes in treatment group significantly greater than the control group,comparing difference(P=0.043<0.05,P=0.022<0.05)4,The change of abdomen B ultrasonic:two groups after treatment in patients with portal vein diameter,depth of ascites,ascites depth changes in the treatment group was obviously greater than the control group,comparing difference(P=0.045<0.05)5,After treatment two groups of patientsthe complication situation comparison:after treatment two groups of patients the complication examples,the treatment group is fewer obviously than the control group.Conclusion By Clinical study,the curative effect of Jianpi Xuanfei soft Jianli water method combined with western medicine was confirmed by in treating ascites due to cirrhosis,and this method could more effectively reduce the clinical symptom of ascites due to cirrhosis,improve liver function,reduce ascites,reduce the concurrency of complication,improve the quality of paint’s life,so it was worth for the clinical promotion. |
