Objective:By measuring TCM Cold And Heat Type Of Childhood Bronchial Asthma During Attack in children with'serum total IgE(T-IgE) levels and allergen detection,at the same time the peripheral blood eosinophil count(EOS) determined to explore its relationship with the relationship between TCM Syndrome;by observing the link between TCM Cold And Heat Type Of Childhood Bronchial Asthma During Attack,preliminary investigate the microscopic mechanism of TCM Cold And Heat Type Of Childhood Bronchial Asthma During Attack.Methods:divide 80 cases suffering childhood bronchial asthma into cold type group and heat type group。Study the two groups,,test allergens,T-IgE and peripheral blood EOS,observe the test results with the relationship between TCM syndrome,use the SPSS13.0 to analysis the datas.Results:This study were collected into the standard case in line with the 80 cases,among which 49 cases of male,female 31 cases,the greatest age of 11 years old,the youngest 3 years old.Children with fever in which 42 cases of whooping-type,male 26 cases,16 cases of women,the average age of 4.87±2.09 years;cold in children with 38 cases of whooping-type,23 cases of male and 15 females,average age of 4.55±1.87 years old.TCM Cold And Heat Type Of Childhood Bronchial Asthma During Attack in their sex and age group, gender differences,P>0.05,comparable.All children are able to detect allergens,80 patients(100%) can detect the major allergens,69 patients (86.2%) to detect the mites and insects allergens,55 patients(68.7%) can be detected in meat allergens,47 patients(68.7%) can be detected in fish allergens,39 patients(48.7%) can detect the environmental chemicals allergens,37 patients(46.2%) can be detected in the milk products allergens, 35 patients(43.7%) to detect the types of food additives allergens,29 patients(36.2%) to detect allergen beverage.All identified allergens in children with type and number of allergens are many.Various types of allergens in the TCM Cold And Heat Type Of Childhood Bronchial Asthma During Attack by the x~2 test,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.By t test,P<0.05,significant differences in cold type T-IgE,EOS level than the heat was significantly increased.Through the linear regression analysis showed that Asthma During Attack T-IgE and EOS was a positive correlation(r =0.372,P<0.05).Conclusion:1.MORA-Super can be used in children with asthma allergen detection.2.The level of T-IgE and EOS in cold type of childhood asthma during attack increased significantly compared with heat type,which relate to patients different constitution and pathogens different change.3.The level of T-IgE and EOS in cold type of childhood asthma during attack significantly higher than the heat type.4.Asthma During Attack T-IgE and EOS was a positive correlation.5.The level of T-IgE in cold type of childhood asthma increased significantly compared with heat type,which relate to patients different constitution and pathogen different change. |
