The Analysis Of Allergens And Inflammatory Mediators Of Children With Asthma In Dalian

Objective: Testing allergens of 128 children with asthma to learn the common allergens in Dalian city.Grouping the samples by different age and conditions if they suffer from other allergic diseases or their parents have any allergic symptoms to see and compare the results of the total IgE and the special allergen tests.Then we can get correlative factors that might be associated with allergen tests' results in children with asthma.We analyze the samples' results of Leukotriene 4 and Fractional exhaled nitric oxide to learn the difference and correlation of the two test methods.Method:Our retrospective study adopt 128 asthma children aged three to sixteen years.All the samples be grouped by different age and other conditions.We compare the lever of Leukotriene 4 and Fractional exhaled nitric oxide in acute phase and chronic duration phase.Results:1.Of all 128 asthma children,114 detect the total IgE.The positive rate of total IgE is 86%.We cant't find the law of the total IgE with age and other conditions.2.Of all 128 asthma children,118 detect the food s IgE.The positive rate of it is 37.3%.Of all the 118 samples,The two most common food s IgE allergens are egg and milk.Children who are younger have higher positive rate of food sIgE.3.Of all 128 asthma children,126 detect the inhaled sIgE.The positive rate of it is 74.6%.Of all the 126 samples,The four most common inhaled sIgE allergens are house dust,dermatophagoides farina,house dust mite and mugwort.Children who have other allergic diseases have higher positive rate of inhaled s IgE.4.Of all 128 asthma children,there are 52 children in acute phase and 76 in chronic duration phase.In acute phase,the positive rate of the Leukotriene 4 test is 92%,the Fractional exhaled nitric oxide test is 80%.In chronic duration phase,the positive rate of the Leukotriene 4 test is 21.9%,the Fractional exhaled nitric oxide test is 45.5%.5.Of all 128 asthma children,there are 38 children who both take the Leukotriene 4 test and the Fractional exhaled nitric oxide test.The two test methods,have no difference and correlation.Conclusions:1.In Dalian,the two most common food s IgE allergens are egg and milk.The results of food s IgE test are associated with age,younger,more positive2.In Dalian,the four most common inhaled sIgE allergens are house dust,dermatophagoides farina,house dust mite and mugwort.The results of inhaled sIgE test are associated with the condition whether they have other allergic disease,have,more positive.3.In acute phace,Leukotriene 4 is main.Then in in chronic duration phase,the fractional exhaled nitric oxide is main.4.Leukotriene 4 test and fractional exhaled nitric oxide test,the two test methods can not be replaced by each other.They can complete with each other.
