Relationship Between TCM Constitution And Prognosis Factors Of CT_1-3N_0-1M₀ Breast Cancer

Objective:To analyze the distribution difference of prognosis factors in the TCM Constitution types of cT_1-3N_0-1M₀ breast cancer;To discuss the relations between TCM Constitution and prognosis factors of cT_1-3N_0-1M₀ breast cancer.Method:Data from cT_1-3N_0-1M₀ breast cancer diagnosed and treated in Breast department of Guangdong Provincial TCM Hospital from October 2007 to December 2008 were collected in the retrospective study.All patients who came from Guangdong Province should to fill in the《TCM constitution and mastopathia prognosis factors Questionnaire》by himself and recovery at that time.Finally,Two hundred and fourty seven patients who meet into the study standard in the time were reservations.According to the TCM Constitution types diagnose standard which made by Professor Qi Wang,all patients were diagnosed TCM Constitution types.Based on St gallen risk ranking standard of early breast cancer,all patients were evaluated.The statistical processing used the SPSS 11.5 analysis software package to test the significance in count data with chi-square test,measurement data with t-test,multivariate data with logistic regression analysisand,level data with rank sum test.Results:1.The results showed that the ratios in this series just as Ping-he-zhi (21.9%),Yang-xu-zhi(20.8%),Qi-yu-zhi(21.2%),Tan-shi-zhi(11.8%),Yin-xu-zhi(9.7%).The constitution of pathologic stasis of Ping-he-zhi,Yang-xu-zhi,Qi-yu-zhi,Tan-shi-zhi,Yin-xu-zhi was seen in 63.5%in all,the others was seen in 14.6%. 2.There is a low incidence in the series of cT_1-3N_0-1M₀ breast cancer with Yu-xie-zhi,it was seen in 0.3%.3.Qi-xu-zhi expression was negatively correlated with risk rank-ing(P=0.05).The distribution of Qi-xu-zhi has statistical differen-ce(P<0.05),especially between low-risk group with raid-risk group(p<0.05).4.Tan-shi-zhi expression was positively correlated with Her-2 status(P<0.01).The distribution of Tan-shi-zhi has obvious differences (P<0.01),especially between Her-2 negative group with Her-2 over-expression group(P<0.05).There are obvious differences between the group of Tan-shi-zhi with the group of Ping-he-zhi in the Her-2 status (P<0.01).The ratio with Her-2 overexpression in the Tan-shi-zhi group is more than the ratio in the Ping-he-zhi group.The ratio with Her-2 negative in the Tan-shi-zhi group is less than the ratio in the Ping-he-zhi group.Conclusion:1.Ping-he-zhi,Yang-xu-zhi,Yin-xu-zhi,Tan-shi-zhi,Qi-yu-zhi were mainly reflected in this series who diagnosed and treated in Breast department of Guangdong Provincial TCM Hospital;2.There is a low incidence in the series of cT_1-3N_0-1M₀ breast cancer with Yu-xie-zhi;3.The cases of Qi-xu-zhi may be a low risk.This indicate that the prognosis is better than others;4.Her-2 was overexpressed in cT_1-3N_0-1M₀ breast cancer cases with Tan-shi-zhi. This indicate that the prognosis is worse than Her-2 negative cases.
