A Researeh On The Relationship Between The Body Constitution Type In TCM And Clinical Syndromes Of The Breast Cancer

Objective:To investigate the distribution of breast cancer patients with newly diagnosed, explore the relationship between the Body Constitutional Type in TCM and the Syndromes of breast cancer, find the law of the distinction and treatment, combine the "distinguish syndrome for treatment" and "distinguishconstitution for treatment" in order to use it in clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Collect200cases of breast cancer patients with newly diagnosed by means of questionnaire survey, according to the constitution of "TCM Classification and judgment" standard, divide them into nine constitution types:gentleness, qi-deficiency type, yang-deficiency type, yin-deficiency type, Phlegm-wet type, wetness-heat type, blood-stasis type and qi-depression type. And divide them into six syndrome types:syndrome of the stagnation of liver Qi, syndrome of toxic heat accumulation, syndrome of Chong-Ren channel disorders, syndrome of deficiency of both qi and blood, syndrome of deficiency of spleen and stomach, syndrome of yin deficidncies of liver and kidneys. Analyse them with software of spss17.0.Results:1.The frequency of TCM constitution types of breast cancer patients in deseending order is:yin-deficiency type (20.5%), qi-depression type(19.5%),gentleness(15.5%), phlegm-wet type (14.5%),qi-deficiency type(12.5%),yang-deficiency type(8.5%), wetness-heat type (6%),blood-stasis type (3%).Abnormal constitution accounted for84.5%, significantly higher than gentleness (15.5%). No significant correlation between constitution types and age, hormone receptor expression (P<0.05).2. The frequency of clinical syndromes of breast cancer patients in deseending order is:syndrome of the stagnation of liver Qi (19.5%), syndrome of deficiency of both qi and blood (17%), syndrome of Chong-Ren channel disorders (16%), syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidneys (15.5%), syndrome of deficiency of spleen and stomach (9.5%), syndrome of toxic heat accumulation (8.5%).28patients without a license can be identified (14%). There are some significant correlation between syndromes and pathological stage.3. The relationship between TCM constitution and syndrome differentiation:the Qi Deficiency constitution mostly relates to the syndrome of deficiency of both qi and blood, yin-deficiency constitution mostly relates to the syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidneys, and the syndrome of Chong-Ren channel disorders followed; the qi-depression constitution mostly relates to the syndrome of the stagnation of liver Qi. The gentleness patients undocumented discernible, the syndrome of the stagnation of liver Qi mostly relates to the qi-depression constitution; the syndrome of Chong-Ren channel disorders mostly relates to the yin-deficiency constitution; the syndrome of deficiency of both qi and blood mostly relates to the Qi-deficiency constitution; the syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidneys mostly relates to the yin-deficiency constitution.Conclusions:1. Into the group of200cases of breast cancer patients,the main constitution types are:the yang-deficiency constitution, the qi-depression constitution, followed by the gentleness, the phlegm-wet constitution.2. Into the group of200cases of breast cancer patients, the main clinical syndromes are: syndrome of the stagnation of liver Qi, syndrome of deficiency of both qi and blood, syndrome of Chong-Ren channel disorders, syndrome of yin deficiencies of liver and kidneys, suggesting that the liver, spleen, kidney function disorders is breast cancer pathogenesis.3. The TCM constitution type has a certain intrinsic correlation with the TCM syndrome differentiation, so provide some basis for the the dialectical standardization of breast cancer. Therefore,in the process of Chinese medicine treatment of breast cancer, we should pay attention to the overall concept of TCM, not only to "distinguish syndrome for treatment" as well as attention to "distinguish constitution for treatment", to correct physical constitution, in order to provide new ideas and methods for innovation of traditional Chinese medicine.
