A Research For The Relations Of TCM Constitution And Risk Factors Of Breast Cancer

Objective:To analyze the TCM Constitution types distribution of Primary breast cancer;To Discuss the Relations of TCM Constitution and Breast cancer risk factors.Method:Survey crowd:Both of The Patients who came for Treatment in the hospital (Chinese medicine hospitals in Guangdong Province)and Confirmed to be breast cancer for the first time,and the patients who Attended in the Medical center were included in this study.Investigation content:Made the《TCM Constitution and Health status Self-administered Questionnaire》based on the TCM Constitution Scale which created by Professor Qi Wang and the breast cancer risk factors(Short title《Questionnaire》).Information collection included twelve parts-the TCM Constitution types,Family history of cancer,Family history of breast cancer,History of benign breast disease,Reproductive history,History of breast-feeding,History of hypertension,History of diabetes,Thyroid history,History of uterine fibroids,History of liver disease,History of obesity.The TCM constitution types included Ping he zhi,Qi xu zhi,Yang xu zhi,Yin xu zhi,Yu xue zhi,Tan shi zhi,Shi re zhi,Qi yu zhi,Te bing zhi,Xue xu zhi.Implementation method:For breast cancer group,The《Questionnaire》were gave to the breast cancer patients who accepted treatment in Breast Branch,and were recovered before the patients discharged from hospital.;and the《Questionnaire》of The control group were recovered by the doctor who work in the Medical center.243《Questionnaire》were distributed and 195《Questionnaire》were recovered.Finally,186 which Meet Into the standard,Exclusion criteria in the time were reservations.663《Questionnaire》were recovered in the control group.In accordance with the frequency match of age,203《Questionnaire》were screening finally.Chi-square test were used to analyze this two group age rate,P＞0.05,Reveal that the comparability between this two group have not statistical significance differences.SPSS13.0 for Windows,Chi-square test,logistic regression analysis,Pearson analysis was used in this research.Result:1)Chi-square test was used to analyze ratio of the TCM constitution types in different ages of control group,and the results were that Xue xu zhi,Ping he zhi,Shi re zhi were mainly reflected in 18～30 year group;Qi yu zhi in～40 year group;the same TCM Constitution type in～50 year group; Yu xue zhi,Tan shi zhi in～60 year group;Qi xu zhi,Yinxu zhi in～70 year group;Qi xu zhi in～80 year group.2)Chi-square test was used to analyze the TCM constitution types ratio between two group and resulted that the P＜0.01 about Ping he zhi,Qi xu zhi,Yang xu zhi,Yin xu zhi,Yu xue zhi,Qi yu zhi,P＜0.05 about Te bing zhi.And resulted that the ratios in breast cancer just as Ping he zhi(36.0%),Yang xu zhi (24.7%),Qi yu zhi(21.0%),Te bing zhi(3.8%).At the same time,the ratios in control group were revealed as Qi xu zhi(38.4%),Yin xu zhi(26.1 %),Yu xu zhi(23.6%).3)The OR made by Logistic analysis revealed that the risk of Ping he zhi effecting the incidence of breast cancer was 37.835 times than non-Ping he zhi doing;the risk of Yang xu zhi effecting the incidence of breast cancer was 11.973 times than non-Yang xu zhi doing;the risk of Tan shi zhi effecting the incidence of breast cancer was 2.51 times than non-Tan shi zhi doing;the risk of Shi re zhi effecting the incidence of breast cancer was 6.499 times than non-Shi re zhi doing;the risk of Qi yu zhi effecting the incidence of breast cancer was 13.071 times than non-Qi yu zhi doing;4)With the Logistic analysis about breast cancer risk factors and Ping he zhi,Yang xu zhi,Tan shi zhi,Shi re zhi,Qi yu zhi,the result showed that Correlation was not confirmed between risk factors and Ping he zhi;and that Yang xu zhi was not tend to happen in breast cancer patients with History of uterine fibroids;and that Tan shi zhi was tend to happen in breast cancer patients with History of obesity;and that Shi re zhi was tend to happen in breast cancer patients with Family history of cancer;and that Qi yu zhi was tend to happen in breast cancer patients with History of uterine fibroids.Conclusion:1.Statistic difference of TCM Constitution was confirmed in different age groups.2.Ping he zhi,Yang xu zhi,Qi yu zhi,Te bing zhi were Mainly reflected in breast group.3.Yang xu zhi,Tan shi zhi,Shi re zhi,Qi yu zhi may be The incidence of Breast Cancer risk factors.4.The impacts of the incidence of breast cancer risk factors on TCM constitution revealed an objective reality.The conclusions of this study offer the Theoretical foundation for breast cancer treatment.
