Investigate The Expression Of NKILA In Breast Cancer And Its Correlation With Clinicopathological Features And The Type Of TCM Constitution

Objective:(1)To analyze the expression and difference of NKILA in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues of breast cancer.(2)To investigate the correlation between the expression of NKILA and clinicopathological features and molecular subtype in breast cancer patients.(3)To explore the distribution of the type of TCM constitution in breast cancer patients,and to explore the relationship between the type of TCM constitution and the clinicopathological features and the expression of NKILA in patients with breast cancer.Methods:(1)A total of 86 pairs of breast cancer tissues and adjacent tissues who were diagnosed by Department of Pathology of Fuzhou General Hospital of Nanjing Military Command was filtered in strict accordance with the entry and discharge standards.(2)The expression of NKILA in breast cancer and adjacent tissues was detected by QPCR method.(3)The Clinicopathological parameters of patients enrolled was collected.(4)Use the "Chinese constitution classification and decision tables" that is formulated by Chinese Medical Association's to investigate and classify these patients' TCM Constitution.(5)Organize this data,then using SPSS20.0 statistical software to finish statistical analysis.Results:(1)The expression of NKILA in breast cancer tissues was 6 folds higher than that in cancer tissues,the difference was statistically significant P<0.001).(2)The expression of NKILA in breast cancer was negatively correlated with tumor size,tumor stage,histological grade,lymph node metastasis and Her-2(P<0.05).The expression of NKILA was not correlated with age,menopausal status,ER,PR,Ki-67 and molecular subtype of breast cancer(P>0.05).(3)According to the results of the questionnaire survey,the type of TCM constitution of breast cancer patients mainly concentrated in Qi-depression type,Blood stasis type,Wetness-heat type,Phlegm-dampness type.There was a positive correlation between qi stagnation and PR in breast cancer patients(P?0.05).There was no correlation between the expression of NKILA and the type of TCM constitution of breast cancer patients.Conclusion(1)NKILA significantly higher express in normal breast tissues than that in breast cancer tissues.(2)The expression of NKILA was correlated with tumor size,tumor stage,histological grade,lymph node metastasis and Her-2.(3)The type of TCM constitution of breast cancer patients was mainly Qi-depression type and Blood stasis typ,and there was a positive correlation between qi stagnation and PR in breast cancer patients,and there was no significant correlations between the expression of NKILA and the type of TCM constitution in patients with breast cancer.
