| Reseach on the Traditional Chinese Medicine in a prescription is the important turning point of Chinese Medicine's Modernization and internationalization.But,for the complex composition and clinical application with philosophic thoughts,it's very difficult to express the mechanism of prescription compatibility by modern science and technology.Therefore, how to express the principle of prescription compatibility according to modern science and technology is a hotspot and a tough problem all the time.This paper studies the pharmacokinetics and distribution in tissues of Shuangdan Granule in rabbits,to learn synergism between monarch herb(Salvia Miltiorrhiza,DS) and ministerial herb(Cortex Moutan,DP).This studying thought can offer references of the theory about prescription compatibility,development of the effect-guide original drug and modernization of TCM.The main contents of the paper are as follows;1.Capillary gas chromatography(CGC) method for analysis of Paeonol in plasma and tissues is established.The recovery of low,medium and high concentration,relative standard deviations(RSD) of precision and stability experiments are consistent with the requirements of biological sample analysis.As a conclusion,this method can be used to study the pharmacokinetics(PK) and tissue distribution of Paeonol.2.The pharmacokinetics influence was investigated of monarch herbal medicine DS to ministerial herbal medicine DP by GC in healthy rabbits.The results showed that after intragastric administration of DS-DP,the absorption and elimination of Paeonol stepped down.3,4-Dihydroxyacetophenone was found as the metabolite of Paeonol in rabbits plasma by GC-MS.3.Tissue distribution of Paeonol was investigated to study the influence of synergism between DS and DP in healthy rabbits.It was discovered that the content of Paeonol was obviously increased in different tissues after intragastric administration of DS-DP.The result verified the meridian distribution of DS in TCM theory. |
