Study On Quality Control Of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Slices And Other Eight Chinese Herbal Slices

Hubei Provincial Hospital of TCM is exploring and establishing a quality control system for Chinese herbal slices that integrates the procurement,processing and hospital quality control.In this paper,in order to solve the problem of poor quality of Chinese herbal slices in hospital,it is used by Research on Materia Medica,Literature Search,DNA Barcode Identification and so on.This paper has completed the followding contents.1.Research on Materia Medica and Literature SearchThe Research on Materia Medical on the ancient producing areas,recovery processing and processing methods of Astragalus mongholicus,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Angelica sinensis,Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.have been completed.And the Literature Search on the modernt producing areas,recovery processing and processing methods of them have also been done.And It provides the basis for the selection,harvesting processing and processing methods of the hospital Chinese herbal slices.2.The Research of Genuineness Discrimination for Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.based on Numerical Pattern Discrimination combined with HPLC Fingerprint.With the result of Research on Materia Medica on Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.,to explore the application of numerical pattern discrimination combined with HPLC-DAD in genuineness discrimination for Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.HPLC-DAD fingerprint was used to analyse and to evaluate the genuine and no-genuine producing area of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.The correct rate of discrimination function in genuineness discrimination for Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge is 100%(n=18)and cluster analysis is most correct.The numerical pattern discrimination combined with HPLC-DAD fingerprint can be used in discrimination of the genuineness of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.effectively.3.Application of DNA Barcode Identification in Chinese herbal slicesPartial modification of the DP321 plant genomic DNA kit protocol to obtain high quality DNA from traditional Chinese herbal slices.it has been identificated of three commonly used Chinese herbal slices of Astragalus mongholicus,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Angelica sinensis,based on ITS2.4.Comparative Study on the quality of Chinese herbal pieces in different producing areas and hospitalCollect samples in different producing areas and hospital.According to the quality control indicators in the 2015 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the quality of the pieces in different producing areas and hospital is analyzed from the aspects of traits,moisture,extracts and content determination.Using the calculation method of comprehensive weighted scores,the differences in the quality of the applied pieces between different producing areas and medical institutions were evaluated.The results showed that there were significant differences in the quality of the samples from different sources.
