Objective:To study situation and risk correlative factors of anesthetic trial in patients undergoing operation. Methods:we got the concerned of datum from administered to 230 qualified patients who was carried out anesthetic trial questionaire survey. Results:Granting consent to participate in operation anesthetic trial is143 persons, not participate in operation anesthetic trial is 87 persons. Factors which attect patient's decision: Fear of side effects (P=0.000), Feel like guinea pig (P=0.000), Assurance of hospital (P=0.000), Assurance of doctor (P=0.000), Advice of others (P=0.024), Advice of doctor (P=0.000), Contribution to medical research (P=0.000), Benefit others, Benefit self (P=0.000), Dissatisfaction with Current treatment (P=0.000), Like more conducting trial(P=0.000), Afraid of offending and getting poor care (P=0.000). Multi-stepwise logistic regression analysis indicated that Feel like guinea pig is dangerous (P=0.000,OR=0.031), Advice of doctor (P=0.018,OR=12.211) and Like more conducting trial are beneficial (P=0.011,OR=35.120).Conclusion:It is very necessary togive actovely cooperate for these factors.Make patient not feel like guinea pig and accept the anesthetic trial. Develop the anesthesia. Bring benefit to more patient.
