At present, with the continuous improvement of people's living standards, people's demands for medical service industry become more and more. Hospital is facing unprecedented pressure. At the same time, the hospital is also facing a critical moment of the health care reform. Hospital's nature and direction of development is not yet clear, but the hospital is in the increasingly competitive. On the one hand, in order to survive, hospital must continually improve the quality of hospital care, protect the safety of health care, on the other hand, how to improve the economic efficiency of hospitals has become the hospital's important work. Hospital must introduce advanced enterprise management; enhance economic benefits by performance management. Performance evaluation as a hospital human resources management is an important means to influence the hospital and is an important factor in competitiveness. To the adoption of an objective and fair assessment of the performance, enhance the competitiveness of the hospital, the staff to strengthen the sense of crisis and promote the healthy and rapid development of the hospital. Hospital medical staff on the assessment of the performance domestic and abroad is better able to learn from experience, but to assess the hospital administrators performance has been a problem; there are not many effective methods of assessment. Because the work of the administrators is hard to quantify, can not reflect the effectiveness of the work, pay and quality of work, jobs not linked, to a large extent depend on the work of consciousness. Although Changzhou XX hospital has been in place for the hospital administrators to assess the performance of 3 years, but the effect is not ideal, administrators work enthusiasm, employees' satisfaction is not high. This paper through the survey for the existing hospital administrators' satisfaction of performance evaluation, especially through the objective of evaluation, key indicator set, evaluation method as well as application of evaluation result, earnestly presents an objective analysis about existent problems and reasons of their birth in the course of performance evaluation of administration staff in the Changzhou XX hospital. Aiming at the current performance evaluation of administration staff in the Changzhou XX hospital, with the basic theory of the modern performance assessment, combined with the actual situation of hospital, it is optimizing the theoretic approach of performance evaluation and its corresponding countermeasure for administration staff in the Changzhou XX hospital that comes into being.
