The Study Of The Effect Of Qianlieanwan On Patients With BPH Of Renal Deficiency Humid Heat And Stagnation Of Blood Type

Objective:By observe the curative effect of Qianlieanwan on benign prostatic hyperplasia of renal deficiency humid heat and stagnation of blood type,assess its clinic effect and safety.Methods:A total of 80 old patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were divided randomly into two groups . The treatment group(Qianliean) and the control group(Longbishu). After 12 weeks ,observe the change of I-PSS,BS,MFR,URV,TPV and so on.Result:1 Both the level of I-PSS,BS,clinical syndrome were decreased after therapy, there were no significant difference between them ; 2 The two groups had great improvent on MFR after therapy(P<0.05),but The treatment group were improved significantly compared to The control group(P<0.05);3 The two groups had great decrease on URV,TPV after therapy(P<0.05),there were no significant difference between them(P>0.05);4 There were no significant difference on safety between two groups .Conclusion:1 Qianlieanwan can significantly decrease the level of I-PSS,BS,clinical syndrome,improve syndrome such as frequent micturition,minute Urinary stream,urgent micturition,use great effort to urinate,frequency of nocturia, improve MFR and decrease URV,TPV; 2 Qianlieanwan can great improvent on MFR after therapy compared to The control group ,and is safe ,which show that Chinese Medicine is safe and good at curing benign prostatic hyperplasia.
