Observation Of Theraputical Effect Of Incision And Thread-drawing Technigue In The Treatment Of Perianorectal Abscess: An Analysis Of 152 Cases

Objective: The therapeutical effects, surgicalprocedures, woundhealing and points for attention of the disposable incision hangingthe line technique in the treatment of perianorectal abscess wereevaluated in the retrospective study.Method: 152 patients were came from liaoning TCM from 2005 to2007. These cases underwent such different surgical treatments asincision and threat-drawing, tinidazole or cephaalosporinsand sitsbath with traditional Chinese drugs after the operation.Result: All the 152 cases were cured in primary, but only one caseanal fistula occurred. The wound healing duration was 23.16±4.52days.Conclusion: Incision and thread-drawing technigue in the treatmentof perianorectal abscess could reduce the recurrence rate ofpostoperative abscess, could lower the recurrence rate of analfistula, and might have thestrong points in shortening treatmentcourse and in relieving patients pain.
