Analysis On The Economic Situation Of Health Service Stations For Communityin The "San Gong" Region, Urumqi, Xinjiang

Objective:A Comparative Analysis on the economic situation,the total income and expenditure,and the total composition of Health Service Stations for Community,from 2005 to 2007,in the"San gong"region,Urumqi, Xinjiang. To identify the existing problems,and make the feasibale proposal for the operation of the Health Service Stations for Community.To promote the Health Service Stations for Community can provide better service to the residents.Methods: The method of on-site investigation in conjunction with the financial management principles and methods of analysis.Results:In the total income, the main source of income for the Health Service Stations for Community are medical Income and drug income.Most of Health Service Stations for Community, the drugs income accounted for a higher proportion of total income,are more than 70%;while the medical income are low.In the past three year, the absolute value of the total income,medical income,durg income increased year by year, but the proportion of drugs income in total incomedecreased slightly;In the total expenditure, the main source of expenditure for the Health Service Stations for Community are the personnel expenditure and the purchase expenditure for drugs. the largest proportion of drug expenditure is 99.51%; the largest proportion of personnel expenditure is 49.53%, while the expenditure are also low. In the past three year, the the total expenditure increased slightly year by year,but the proportion of drugs expenditure in total expenditure decreased slightly; The overall of economic situation of Health Service Stations for Community in a balance station,but just small surplus.Even in the investigation of seven community health service stations,three station have negative growth. The work efficiency of Health Service Stations for Community increased slightly year by year.Conclusion: Due to the imperfect police and the inadequate implementation of the policy.It is a common phenomenon that Community health agencies are lack of funds, and the compensation is inadequate.As a result,for their own survival,a considerable number of the the Health Service agencies for Community pursuit of economic interests in blind, Waken the Health Service agencies for Community's institutionalfunction .
