Expression Of Mesothelin In Endometrial Adenocarcinoma And Its Clinical Significance

ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of mesothelin in endometrial adenocarcinoma and its clinical significance.MethodsImmunohistochemitry was used to detect the expression of mesothelin in the tissues from 56 endometrial adenocarcinoma,10 specimens atypical hyperplasia of endometrium and 10 specimens of normal endometrium.Results1.The positive ratio of mesothelin expression in the endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues was significantly increased than in normal endometrium tissues(p＜0.01).2.The expression ratio of mesothelin was significantly related with the differentiation degree of the endometrial adenocarcinoma(p＜0.01).3.The expression ratio of mesothelin was related with the lymph node matastasis and mescule invasion(p＜0.05,p＜0.01).The expression intension ofmesothelin was related with the clinical stage(p＜0.001).Conclusions1.Detection of mesothelin expression is related to the progress of the endometrial adenocarcinoma;2.Detection of mesothelin expression is related to the poor differentiation of the cancer,the clinical stage,lymph node matastasis and mescule invasion;The strong expression of mesothelin in endometrial adenocarcinoma provide that mesothelin has a role in the occur and progress of the endometrial adenocarcinoma,may be take part in the invasion of the cancer。...
