Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment on urine retention for post- anorectal diseases operation.Methods:60 anorectal,patients were randomly selected and divided into two groups therapy,namely therapy group and control group.The therapy group was treated with acupuncture treatment by selecting accupoints of zhongji, guanyuan,shuidao,and sanyinjiao.While the control group was treated through fomentation of the urinary bladder.The subjects of the Both groups shall comprise of patients with anorectal condition with persist urine retention symptoms,suchas the urge to urinate,abdomen discomfort,and abdomen distention.Each patients will be treated for 30 minutes and subject to observation of the urinating condition.Results:Clinical studies have shown that the average post-treatment effectiveness is 86.7%,control group gain 53.3%of effectiveness,while therapy group achieved significant effectiveness comparing to the control group(P<0.01);Conclusion:There was significant clinical effect of acupuncture treatment by selecting zhongji,guanyuan,shuidao,sanyinjiao acupoints to contract the smooth muscle and improve to production of intima mucous plica.It is concluded that such treatment was simple,feasible,effective,and can decrease the chance of urinary infection caused by urethral catheterization,and was widely implemented to the patients.
