Observation On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Electroacupuncture On Urinary Retention In Patients With Analgesia Pump After Anorectal Surgery

Purpose:To explore the clinical effect of electroacupuncture in the treatment of urinary retention of patients after anorectal operation.Material and method:Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group and treatment group.The treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture,and acupuncture points were selected: Guanyuan,Zhongji,Sanyinjiao,yinlingquan,Zusanli,cystshu and Shenshu.After getting Qi,it was connected with electroacupuncture treatment instrument for 30 minutes;the control group was treated with blank control.The patients in both groups began to intervene 6 hours after operation.After treatment,the curative effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed,and the clinical effect of Electroacupuncture on postoperative urine retention was further discussed.Results:The baseline data(gender,age,etc.)of the two groups before treatment were compared.After statistical analysis,there was no statistical significance and comparability(P< 0.05).In this clinical study,60 patients(30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group)who met the inclusion criteria were observed.The results showed that 19 cases were effective,10 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective,the effective rate was 96.67%;the catheterization rate was 3.3%.The catheterization rate of the control group was 60%.It shows that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Electroacupuncture on urinary retention of patients with anorectal operation by analgesia pump is definite.
