Purpose:through comparative study, observe different times every ginger moxibustion Shenque salt for prevention and treatment of the effect of anorectal diseases postoperative urinary retention, aimed at deficiency of prevention and control of salt on the one hand to prove every ginger moxibustion god anorectal diseases postoperative urinary retention, for every ginger moxibustion god salt deficiency in clinical application provide the scientific basis, on the other hand, explore every ginger moxibustion god salt deficiency anorectal diseases prevention of postoperative urinary retention time. Methods:using randomized, controlled clinical study design methods, will be incorporated into the standard90anorectal diseases postoperative patients according to the completely random design divided into observation group and control group and blank group, each group30cases. One group from patients after the surgery, back ward is initiated every ginger moxibustion god salt deficiency treatment. Control group from v. patients with abdominal distension or have to urinate feeling began to implement every ginger moxibustion god salt deficiency treatment, after the blank group, since the surgery, do not take intervention measures. Compare three groups in the first urination, urine output, micturition time required for the first time for the first time, abdominal symptoms improve the situation, the incidence of urine retention and urethral catheterization rate differences. Results medical statistical software SPSS17.0analysis application, with P<0.05said the difference was statistically significant, P>0.05there was no statistically significant difference. Results:clinical research shows that the observation group and control group in the first urination, micturition time required for the first time, incidence of urine retention and urethral catheterization rate, micturition total score for the first time, curative effect is superior to compare blank group, there was no significant difference in urine output for the first time, prompt ginger moxibustion Shenque salt is better than that of blank group. In the observation group and control group in the first urine output, micturition time required for the first time, urine flow rate, curative effect comparison there was no significant differences (P>0.05); First urination, urinary retention rate in first micturition, urethral catheterization rate, total score, etc., the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), suggesting observation group is better than the control group. Conclusion:Every other ginger moxibustion god salt deficiency in prevention of postoperative urinary retention anorectal diseases economic, simple, and safe and effective. Immediately after surgery lie between ginger moxibustion god salt deficiency and stay there after abdominal distension or urinate treats for comparison, the former is able to significantly shorten the time to urinate, improved after treating micturition symptoms, decrease the rate of incidence of urine retention and urethral catheterization, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
