The Clinical Observation On The Retrograde Gonathritis By Opposing Needling Combined With Functional Exercise

Purpose: to observe the clinical therapy on the retrograde gonathritis by opposing needling combined with functional exercise, investigate the effect and the mechanism that opposing needling combined with functional exercise treating the retrograde gonathritis.Method: Clinical research adopt random and contrast method, to observe final diagnosis for the retrograde gonathritis (unilateral) protrusion (half) 60 cases.There were 30 patients in each group.Patients in the treatment group received the treatment of opposing needling combined with functional exercise, while those in the control group were given only functional exercise.After three courses of treatment, investigate the symptom curative effect integral and the improvement rate ,and compare amplitude (AMP) variation in EMG of the rectus femoris ,vastus medialis ,vastus lateralis in two groups.Results:1,the clinical symptoms of the two group patients with retrograde gonathritis have been significantly improved. self-comparison of each group before and after treatment have manifest difference( P<0.05). and there was manifest difference between treatment group and control group, the treatmentment group was superior than the control group(P<0.01)2,the AMP values of the rectus femoris, the vastus medialis have markedly improved, the AMP values of the vastus lateralis in each group after the treatment had no significant change (P>0.05) .3,comparison of therapeutic effects:total effective rate of the treatment group is 93.3%, total effective rate of the control guoup is 80%, there was manifest difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1,The group of opposing needling combined with functional exercise and the group of functional exercise could both decended the symptoms score and improve the improve- ment rate after treatment.It shows that the opposing needling and functional exercise are all the effective treatment,but the effect of opposing needling was more superior.2,the AMP values of the rectus femoris, the vastus medialis have markedly improved by the treatment of opposing needling combined with functional exercise, the AMP values of the vastus lateralis in each group after the treatment had no significant change,the overall efficacy of treatment group superior than control group, it showed that opposing needling combined with functional exercise could improve the muscle force of quadriceps femoris.3,the clinical effect of the group opposing needling combined with functional exercise superior than group functional exercise, but it may deeply study on the certain effect way and the mechanisa form many ways. opposing needling combined with functional exercise was superiority.
