| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of opposing needling in the treatment of lower-extremity spasticity after stroke using the surface electromyography, and provide a better treatment for clinical and reduce the sequelae of patients, improve their quality of life.Method:Sixty cases were randomly divided into an opposing needling group and a routine acupuncture group,30 cases in each group. Both groups received routine rehabilitation training,on which basis, the control group was also given conventional needling treatment, and the treatment group was also given opposing needling.the intervention was 5 times per week for 4 weeks, rest 2 days.Integrated motor function of the lower extremities and electromyogram(iEMG)of tibialis anterior muscles and lateral heads of gastrocnemius muscles were recorder and compared between the two groups.Result:1.Simplified Fugl-Meyer score:The scores of FMA were higher than before after treatment(P<0.01).Compare with the normal acupuncture group, opposing needling group increased significantly(P<0.05).2.Surface electromyography:After treatment, the iEMG of ipsilateral gastrocnemius of two groups has no obvious change,it had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The contralateral gastrocnemius iEMG value after treatment there was a significantly difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both opposing needling and normal acupuncture could promote the recovery of limbs function of stroke recovery.2.Comparaed with normal acupuncture,Opposing needling was better than normal acupuncture in the improvement of motor function and can effectively relieve the muscle tension of the lower limb spasticity. It was worthy to promote this method in clinical practice. |
