The Acupuncture Combined Withmedication Effect On IL-6 And Pain Scoring Of SF-MPQ Caused By Lumbar Dise Herniation

Ojectives:To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture and medicine on changes of IL-6 and SF—MPQ scoring caused by Lumbar Dise Herniation(LDH),the relation between SF—MPQ and IL-6.Investigate the mechanism of action.Methods:Sixty cases of LDH were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30) and control group(n=30).Control group adopted the medication,yaotui tong pian(TCM,made by our own-hospotal),4 tablets ance,there times a day.The treatment group also took acupuncture besides yaotuitong pian.Select Jiaji points of double side,from the middle corresponding to the protrusion under the upper spinous.And ahshih ect.in the fromergroup.Connect G6805-Ⅱelectroacupuncture instrument after sign fatured of electric shock which conducts to lower limb.Thrty mnutes therapy every day.Ten days a treatment course.1.To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture and medicine.2.To investigate the changes of SF—MPQ score and the IL-6 before and after treatments.3.To investigate the relation between SF—MPQ and IL-6.Results:1.Acupuncture combined with medication and medication can improved the clinical symptoms of LDH.The acupuncture combined with medication was better than medication obviously,the difference of two groups has significant meaning(P＜0.05=.2.The SF—MPQ scoring and IL-6 of the two groups were all decreased compared with pre-treatment,the difference of two groups has significant meaning(P＜0.01=.3.There was positive correlation between the SF—MPQ scoring and IL-6.(P＜0.01=.Conclusions:The acupuncture and medication have synergistic effect.Acupuncture can improve medication of the clinical therapeutic effect of Lumbar Dise Herniation.It is one of effective methods for LDH.There was positive correlation between the changes of IL-6 and SF—MPQ scoring caused by LDH.
