Objective:Observation of electro-acupuncture and needle therapy in the treatment of common lumbar disc herniation (LIDP) differences in clinical efficacy, the mechanism of the therapeutic LIDP to acupuncture therapy by observing the clinical effect of treatment and pain LIDP improvement to clinical guide therapyMethod:The 60 cases met the inclusion criteria for the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group and 30 patients in control group. Treatment group were treated with electro-acupuncture on jiaji treatment; the control group were treated with acupuncture alone. Two groups of patients before and after the treatment JOA score, VAS score, after treatment in accordance with《Chinese disease diagnosis and efficacy standards》set the standard for clinical efficacy evaluation.Results:1,The two groups before and after treatment VAS score and JOA score were very significantly different (p <0.01), the two groups before and after treatment VAS score difference and the difference of JOA score was significantly different (P <0.05), treatment group than the control group.2,Clinical grading evaluation results comparing the treatment group and control group, the total effective rate was 86.67% and 73.33%, P <0.05, treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:1,Jiaji Electroacupuncture compared with ordinary acupuncture can significantly improve the patients pain.2,Jiaji Electroacupuncture compared with ordinary acupuncture in improving patient symptoms, clinical examination and activities of daily living more significant role. 3,Jiaji Electroacupuncture compared with ordinary acupuncture can significantly shorten the course.4,Jiaji acupuncture therapy are more efficient than ordinary acupuncture, a significant effect.
