The Clinical Research Of Tongmai Granule' Cure To Hyperhomocysteinemia

Objective:The clinical observation of the preventive and curative effect of Tongmai Granule to HHCY;discuss the mechanism of Tongmai Granule to HHCY;explore a new effective Traditional Chinese Medicine to control or reduce the paroxysm of HHCY so as to prevent and cure the As.Method:The 60 HHCY patients were choosed and divided to treated group(Tongmai Granule group) and control group(Folic Acid Tablets group) randomly.Take thirty days as a observation of treatment and give them two observation of treatment.Review the hey after drugs stopping for thirty days.The improving symptom of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the hey was analyzed after using drugs.The statistic analysis based on the data was undertaken at last.Result:①After thirty days'treatment,the two groups' hey were both reduced evidently (P＜0.01),the difference is improminent after t checking(P＞0.05);the treated group' effect rate of reducing hcy was 83.33%,and the control group' was 80.00%,the difference is improminent(P＞0.05) after Nonparametric Tests-2 Independent Samples checking.After sixty days'treatment,the treated group'hcy were reduced(P＜0.01),and the differences between thirty days' and sixty days'treatment was prominent(P＜0.01) after Nonparametric Tests-2 Independent Samples checking,and the control group'difference between thirty days'treatment and untreatment was prominent(P＜0.01),but the difference between thirty days' and sixty days'treatment was improminent(P＞0.05);the treated group' effect rate of reducing hcy was 96.67%,and the control group' was 83.33%,the difference is very improminent(P＜0.01) after Nonparametric Tests-2 Independent Samples checking.②When drugs stopping for thirty days,the hcy was reviewed that the control group' increaseing ratio of hey was 60.00%,but the treated group' was 3.44%,and its unchanging ratio of hcy was 68.97%.③After thirty days'treatment,the treated group' effect rate of improving symptom of Traditional Chinese Medicine was 83.33%,and the control group' was 43.33%, and the differences were prominent(P＜0.05) after Nonparametric Tests-2 Independent Samples checking.After sixty days'treatment,the treated group' effect rate of improving symptom of Traditional Chinese Medicine was 93.33%,and the control group' was 63.33%, the differences was very improminent(P＜0.01) after Nonparametric Tests-2 Independent Samples checking.④After thirty days' treatment,the treated group' scores of one Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom,tongue and pulse were both reduced evidently,the difference were both prominent(P＜0.01),and the differences between the two groups' was also prominent(P＜0.01);after sixty days'treatment,the treated group' differences between untreatment and thirty days'treatment,between thirty days' and sixty days'treatment were both prominent(P＜0.01),and the differences between the two groups' was also prominent (P＜0.01);but the control group' differences between untreatment and thirty days'treatment,between thirty days' and sixty days'treatment were both improminent(P＜0.05).Conclusion:1.The Tongmai Granule was proved to be effective to improve the clinical symptom of Traditional Chinese Medicine and enhance the life quality of patients.2.It can reduce the patients' hcy evidently and its recurrence rate is low.3.It is a new safe and effective office treatment(OT) Chinese traditional medicine.
