Clinical Observation Of Tongmai Jiangzhuo Granule Intervention In IMT, Blood Lipid And CRP In PCA Patients

Purpose:To observe the effect of Tongmai Jiangzhuo Granule on the carotid intima-media thickness in patients with pre-atherosclerotic lesions,and to explore the efficacy and safety of Tongmai Jiangzhuo Granule in the prevention and treatment of anterior lesions of atherosclerosis,providing clinical basis for prevention and treatment of atherosclerotic lesions by traditional Chinese medicine.Material and method:200 patients who met the criteria were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number method,with 100 persons in each group.On the basis of improving lifestyle,the treatment group was treated with Tongmai Jiangzhuo Granules,and the control group was given a placebo of Tongmai Jiangzhuo Granule for 20 weeks.The changes of carotid intima thickness,blood lipids,C-reactive protein and safety indexes were observed before and after intervention.Results:1.Blood lipids: Before and after treatment,the TC and LDL-C in the treatment group were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.01).Comparison between groups:The difference of LDL-C and TC levels between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.There was no significant difference in HDL-C and TG levels between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The treatment group can reduce the levels of TC and LDL-C,and the curative effect is better than the control group.2.Carotid intima-media thickness: The IMT values between the two groups after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.C-reactive protein: After treatment,there was no significant difference in C-reactive protein between the two groups(P>0.05).4.Safety indicators: No drug-related adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion:Tongmai Jiangzhuo Granule can effectively reduce the carotid intima-media thickness,regulate blood lipid levels and delay the development of atherosclerosis in patients with pre-atherosclerotic lesions,and no obvious adverse reactions occur.
