Clinical Research On Tongmai Granule’s Treatment Of Yin Deficiency And Stasis-heat Cerebral Infarction Patients

Objective:In this study,Tongmai granule was used to treat patients with Yin deficiency and stasis-heat syndrome of cerebral infarction.Observe patients with Chinese Cereal Infarction Neurological Deficit Score,TCM syndrome score,National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS),Modified Rankin Scale,the Barthel index of ADL,coagulation function and safety indicators,ect.To explore the characteristics and advantages of Tongmai granule in treating cerebral infarction.Methods:Select 60 cases of cerebral infarction with syndrome of Yin-Deficiency and stasis-heat from March 2017 to September 2018.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with Tongmai Granule on the basis of the control group,each group consisted of 30 patients.The clinical effects were evaluated by the means of Chinese Cereal Infarction Neurological Deficit Score,TCM syndrome score,National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS),Modified Rankin Scale,the Barthel index of ADL and laboratory examination by dayl and day28.Evaluate the Tongmai granule curative effect by using the SPSS statistics 25.Follow-up visits were made after 3 months and 6 months.Results:1.The scores of neurological impairment,TCM syndromes and NIHSS in the treatment group and the control group were all decreased,Bathel was increased.There were significant differences between the control group and the treatment group.2.Compare the treatment group with the control group,the scores of TCM syndromes,NIHSS,Bathel and modified Rankin scale were significantly improved(P<0.01),and the scores of neurological deficits were significantly different(P<0.05).3.In the treatment group,7 cases were basically cured,23 cases were markedly effective,0 cases were effective,0 cases were ineffective,the marked recovery rate was 100%,and the total effective rate was 100%.In the control group,6 cases were basically cured,14 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective,the marked recovery rate was 66.67%,and the total effective rate was 96.67%.There was a significant difference in the marked recovery rate(P<0.01).3.There was no significant difference in blood routine,coagulation function and liver and kidney function between the two groups((P>0.05).4.No adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion:Tongmai Granule in the treatment of cerebral infarction patients with Yin deficiency and stasis-heat syndrome can improve clinical symptoms and daily living ability,improve the quality of life of patients.There is no risk of bleeding and side effects.Compared with western medicine alone,it can improve the quality of life of patients.
