| Objective: To study the effect and mechanism of the treatment of regulating Qi promoting blood circulation and reducing phlegm. Methods: The neurological deficit score(NDS),activity of daily living(ADL) Barthel scale,computed tomography cerebral infarction volume,the speed change of cerebral blood flow of transcranial doppler,the evaluation of clinical effect and complication were observed and compared with control group. Result: The treatments of regulating qi promoting blood circulation and reducing phlegm can decrease NDS,ADL Barthel scale and the speed of morbid cerebral blood flow and the clinical effect notably, can decrease the volume of computed tomography cerebral infarction and the rate of reinfarction, relieve the cerebral damage of reperfusion markedly. Conclusion: The treatment of regulating Qi promoting blood circulation and reducing phlegm is superior than single thrombolysis and worth being popularized and being used. |
