The Clinical Curative Effect Of The Yiqihuatanhuoxue Prescription To Elderly Stable Angina,deficiency Of Vital Energy And The Blockage Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis

Objective:Observe the clinical curative effect of the yiqihuatanhuoxue prescription to elderly stable angina,deficiency of vital energy and the blockage of phlegm and blood stasis.Methods:According to the principles of randomized control,divide 60 elder patients suffering from elderly stable angina who have been prescribed as deficiency of vital energy and the blockage of phlegm and blood stasis into two groups:experimental group and control group.The control group oral aspirin enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride,atorvastatin calcium tablet,tartaric acid and metoprolol tablets isosorbide mononitrate zyban.The treatment group oral yiqihuatanhuoxue prescription and above drugs, treatment for 14 days.To patients before and after treatment of TCM syndrome curative effect and grade of angina pectoris, myocardial enzyme,electrocardiogram, blood fat,such as indicators,to observe the analysis and comparison.Result:Outcome indicators: two groups of cases before and after the treatment of angina is compared, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Two groups of cases of angina curative effect comparison, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Two groups of cases syndromes curative effect comparison, there are significant difference(P < 0.01). Two groups of cases before and after treatment of TCM syndrome total integral comparison, there are significant difference(P < 0.01). Two groups of cases before and after treatment in patients with symptoms integral differential comparison,difference is greater than the control group, treatment group integral had significant difference(P < 0.01). The curative effect of two groups of cases of chest pain and languid, with significant difference(P < 0.01).Two groups of cases of chest tightness, palpitation and shortness of breath, the curative effect of comparison, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).
