Objective:To study the effects of WuGongBaiDuYin on psoriasis animal model.To investigate the mechanism of WuGongBaiDuYin in treating psoriasis.Methods:WuGongBaiDuYin were studied by using the modle Of tail scales of mice.The positive contrast was FuFangQingDaiWan.They were divided into five groups:the normal saline negative control group,the WuGongBaiDuYin low,middle and high dose groups and the FuFangQingDaiWan group.We studied the effects of the treated group on the formation of granular layer in scale epidermis of mice tails.Results:The middle and high WuGongBaiDuYin groups could significantly promote the formationof mice tail squama epidermal granular layer(P<0.01). There were more granular cell layers and bigger granular cell.in scales under optic microscope.The result showed that WuGongBaiDuYin can promote the formation of granular layer in scale epidermis of mice tails significantly with a positive dose effect relationship(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conelusion:WuGongBaiDuYin may obviously promote in the mouse rear part lamella the pellet level cell formation,and increases along with the dosage affects strengthens,prompts the centipede to counteract a toxin drinks has the good treatment function to psoriasis epidermal cell keratinization,not entire main pathology change.
