Objective:It is possible to have the promotion epidermis regeneration and the reconstruction best repair time. The process of the dermis restore by no means dose have the similar control action to the epidermis regeneration. Under same condition amnion carrier compound membrane which contain self-body epidermal cell does planted on the deep-partial thickness wounds in different time. For discuss the best moment which dermis restore could influence the epidermis repair rapidity.Method:The object of study is 10 rabbits. Three deep-partial thickness wounds were produced on the back of each of the rabbit. Each rabbit was randomly divided into 3 groups which are A,B and C group. Each group is 10 wounds areas. To take makes from the body epidermal cell was separated and made from the self-body epidermal cell intermixture. Various groups were implanted from the self-body epidermal cell amnion carrier compound membrane, separately after the deep-partial thickness wounds healing 21 day (A group), 14 days (B group), 7 days (C group). The histological examination was performed to evaluate the velocity and the quality of the wound healing after transplanting. immunohistochemical examinations were carried out to detect the positive staining I type collagen, electron microscopic observe.Results:⑴Survives completely, the cutting edge cicatrization is good, the wounds area and the cover form the close different hard scab, the wounds area hollow degree are different, surface smooth not one, if peripheral has the normal hairness skin connection close degree to be different normally, dividing line degree respectively different, 3 groups of contrasts has the obvious difference. Conclusion:A group of wounds area skin regeneration and the reconstruction close had the fur normally (wool, sebaceous glands exception) the skin. B,C group obviously compared to A group of slow. It possibly causes this difference because three group of regenerate dermis organizational structure are difference. A group of regenerate dermis structure has the possibility promotes the epidermis regeneration reconstruction.So there may be have a best time on the hole process of the renascence and regenerate of the dermis - proliferation later period and reconstruction initial period.
