The Effect Of Longchang Grains About The Apoptosis Of Prostatae Cellula Epithelialis And The Expression Of Apoptosis Controlling Gene Called Fas On Experimental Rats

Objective:To observe the expression of prostate's Fas in experimental prostate hyperplasia rats and the effect of longchang grains on those.Methods:60 male Wistar rats were divided into 6 groups.They were High, medium,low-dose groups of longchang grains,longbishu groups,model group and control group.The control group was that free but not with rat testis.The other groups of prostate hyperplasia were duplicated with castrated and testosterone propionate injected.The rats were given appropriate treatment in following one week after model completed.Rats were killed after 30 days,removed the prostates, observed the weight of prostates and index of each group.Observed the prostate tissue pathology structure after HE staining in microscope.The expression of prostate's Fas in every group was detected with the immunohistochemical method.Resulsts:1,compared with normal group,the prostates' quality and index number on model group,high-middle-low group of the traditional Chinese medicine and longbishu group all increase(P＜0.05);compared with model group,the prostates' quality and index number on high-middle-low group of the traditional Chinese medicine all cut down(P＜0.05).2,compared with normal group,the prostates' patho-morphous and ultrastructure on model group,high-middle-low group of the traditional Chinese medicine and longbishu group are abnormal;compared with model group,the prostates' patho-morphous and ultrastructure on high-middle-low group of the traditional Chinese medicine all cut down.3,compared with normal group,the masculine express of the prostates tissue'Fas on model group,high-middle-low group of the traditional Chinese medicine and longbishu group all increase:compared with model group,the masculine express of the prostates tissue'Fas on high-middle-low group of the traditional Chinese medicine all cut down(P＜0.05);the expression of Fas was not significant difference between high-dose and middle-dose of the traditional Chinese medicine(P＞0.05)Conclusion:longchang grains can deflate the volume of prostate.Longchangchongji prescription can advance apoptosis by enhancing the expression of apoptosis controlling gene called Fas in prostate epithelial tissue.to achive the purpose of treatmenting hyperplasia of prostate gland.
