Effect On Indexes Of The Prostate Gland And Activity Of NOS Of BPH Model Mice With Electroacupuncture

Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) is a kind of common and recurrent disease in clinic. Electroacupuncture is an effective therapy for BPH with good results.In order to approach the mechanism way of electroacupuncture on BPH ,our study used an animal experiment, and made comparison between electroacupuncture and filiform needle puncturing and west madicine so that to observe the difference. The result of the study indicate that:This method can reduce the indexes of the prostate gland. It can raise the activity of Nitric Oxide Synthase(NOS) in the outside leaf of the prostate gland. The method can regulate the pathological in BPH model mice. And the method is better than other two ways. The technique is simple and safe without side effect.
